Riot's anti-cheat doesn't work literally at all

Just played a game as Nocturne where the enemy Zilean would literally ult who I ulted the literal millisecond after I clicked on them (when he had NO clue where I was going) while always throwing perfect bombs. Personally I find this to be utter god damn bullshit and the amount of people that have shit like this running IN GAME is extremely high. But yes Riot, let's keep reworking and making new champions and not fix something that's been a problem for fucking ever.
