Jungle was busted in early S7, and yes, it needed nerfs. But champs like Graves, Lee, Elise were never really actually viable in other roles, which is the prime attribute of broken champs. Trust me, I tried. Now Marksman like Ez and Twitch, members of a supposedly late game focused class, can outjungle Lee Sin?

Players: Lee is op, he ward hops to you with lvl advantage, applies Red buff, them chains spells and AAs while slowing you down and being unduelable because of Red's damage. Random Rioter*: Ok, we listen to our community, we will nerf his lategame. P: Well f***.

P: Graves is broken, he clears too fast and takes over the game, he just runs you down with Red Smite and Buff. Can you like nerf Red buff this time, it makes junglers too oppressive in the early game, but it eats into their power budget so they fall off like a truck. RR: Sure, we will nerf....his MR. That way AP champs can kill him in the Mid game. P: And Elise, what you wanna nerf her damage without without realizing the fact that ranged junglers abuse Red buff to kingdom come? RR: That's a great idea.

P: Fine, I don't like this practice, but can we nerf Twitch now? He appears out of nowhere with, to our great surprise, Red buff, while being unduelable due to damage and slow. RR: Marksman aren't OP though, the game is supposed to revolve around them, because this is a team game. P: Is that supposed to make sense, a team revolving around one person? RR: Of course, we couldn't think of better way to increase teamplay other that carry based comps every team needs a main character. But worry not we will also buff supports.

P: I'm guessing toplane can root in Hell? RR: Nah, we will just buff tanks with support items. P: And Red buff being twice as strong as Blue is getting ignored. RR: Marksman aren't that reliant of Blue in mid/lame game. Except Ez.....hmmmmmmm you just game me an idea.
