Solo carrying is possible, you just can't give up
Probably the hardest game I've ever played. I know people will probably bring up the fact that it's not ranked, but I'm only level 20 so that's irrelevant.
My team tried to get things done. They really did, they just couldn't get it together. 14 objectives were taken by only me, which were turrets and inhibitors (multiple times each). Often times I was stuck 1v5 pushing while my team fought over who got to defend bot (which still had inner turret and no wave pushing into it).
After 46 long minutes of word-vomiting motivational mumbo jumbo like "don't worry, we win team fights" then after we lose team fights changing it to "don't worry, I can split-push harder than their hold team, and Amumu/Ali can defend like champs" we pulled it through. One inhib broken, two inner turrets still standing. Despite a very fed Vayne and Zed, despite a full-build Yasuo, Leona, and Udyr, who pushed with two different barons, we pulled it through and won with our base barely being broken.
Just don't tilt even when things don't go the way of your team. They're trying, even if it seems like they're not - maybe you've just got tilt-goggles on. Calm, clear communication and clever macro will win over tilt literally 100% of the time. A fed carry means nothing if they don't translate it into objectives.
