Im on the verge of quitting this game because this is just idk man...Really frusterating. How do I climb? The way the games are set up, its like really unlikely that I will climb anytime soon without someone who's a smurf or super good. I dont wanna get boosted. I want to climb myself but I can only get a maximum of 3 games that I carry before I go on a win/lose/win/lose/lose streak. Its super frustrating and on top of that there are really toxic people who rub the losses in your face to add salt to the wounds. Climbing takes a shit ton out of me mentally because its just so brutal. Like I know for a fact that Im not bad because I can carry hard. But then I get games where things are extremely unlucky like the mid laner feeds or the top laner feeds really hard and then it transfers into my lane. Im just really tired of this game to be honest but I dont want to quit. I want to get better and Im doing all I can. Its like there is an algorithm to the games that make sure you dont go on a super high win streak. Someone please help this noob because idk what I can do anymore at this point. I either carry really hard or get stomped really hard and it seems like I get stomped slightly more than I can carry. I cannot get out of Silver III nor can I tilt to silver IV or V

My advice would be to focus on improving yourself. In the current ranked environment you can't win every game, but I have learned from experience it is better to just slowly get better than to gain elo quickly. If you better yourself instead of get lucky you can end up higher in the end.

One thing I always believe in, is when you find a game frustrating, go play something else. You may discover other games you like, or when you come back you realize there are some plausible aspects of the game when you were emerge in it.

There's no need to hold league like a carrier, you can leave and comeback, no problem at all. Go play Overwatch for some fast pace games for example.

If you want to stay though. Here's some thoughts.

Statically speaking, even if you win your lane, if every lane including jg have a 50% or winning their lane, you will have a 87.5% chance to have at least 1 lane shitting themselves. It's just Math. In reality, you have to consider the two teams' MMRs are about the same, but individual players have differences. Often you have 2 silvers + 3 bronzes vs 2 silvers + 3 bronzes. The enemy silver is likely to stomped your bronze in lane.

Also, there's confirmation bias. If you think your teammates are bad, you recognize your bad games with bad teammates more than you recognize good plays from your teammates. I could not check all of your matches, but in the first 7 or so games, half of the games you have carrying teammates, and the other half not, which is about right.

It's like I don't really find the enemy shaco/lb/yasuo better than our team's. If any, I find them generally better than the other team.
