Quinn Does NOT need a rework. Just a tweak.

I would really like to find some way to communicate this to people that matter. Quinn is an AD assassin and a great one. The only thing her kit is missing is an escape tool. When I got bird I BLOW people up and am constantly getting the other team to go WTF. The biggest issue is that after I blow someone up I have no way to get to my next target or to escape.

Simple solution. Make Quinn's E while in Valor form resettable on kill. That way I can jump to my next target or a minion to escape. Wanna be real cheeky? Let me jump to allies to escape :)
