Yasuo Rework

Yasuo needs a rework. His early game is too wonky, and he needs a better late game. His itemization is too clean-cut, and his mobility is unreliable to both him and his enemies. Here are some of my proposals:

The main change he needs is a less overwhelming early game, but better scaling. Way of the Wanderer: at level 1 Yasuo retains his passive Resolve (the shield one). Later on through the game Yasuo can gain other bonuses such as his double crit chance (late-mid game), lower cooldowns per target on his Dash E (ie dashing lowers the cooldowns on other rings Yasuo has already dashed through or kills and assists reset the rings), bonus range on some of his abilities (he'll lose some early on, but have a net gain later on), his Q applying more on-hit affects (past the first hit, this'll be granted later on as well, around late game), or even extra bonuses to his ult (since you want to use your ult at the begging of a fight, maybe it can do percent of the enemies CURRENT health as damage, or ulting grants Yasuo bonus tenacity for 15 seconds or so). A lot of these are unrelated to each other, and would also require nerfs to balance, such as: lower base range, longer cooldowns earlier on, or even mana costs (I doubt this one though.). I'd like to hear all of your ideas and comments or questions as well. Maybe Yasuo should be able to dash through allies, but he can't dash through them unless they're in range of enemy champions, so as to not abuse it outside of teamfights? (I read that one on this forum some time ago). Anyways, I can't wait to hear your suggestions. Thanks!

Please. Yasuo is one of the most well designed champions in the game. I don't think you understand him.

He is fine, it is just that the meta isn't in his favor
