Taric OVERHUAL needed

I decided to get and try out Taric, as a new possible Bot Support... OMG. This dude sucks badly... for how high paced the game has become he needs some serious re-working to EVERYTHING!!! His mana pool is way to small for how much ALL of his abilities cost (he's mana hungry bad). Rewarding his passive with lots of armor means you'll be an easy target for any AP damage dealers. Frankly what I suggest is scrapping everything on him, have a team meeting about the pace of the game (s5), and what needs to be done to get him cough up to speed.

Things I suggest: SCRAP HIM DOWN TO THE CORE AND RE-BUILD HIM TO FIT INTO THE FAST PACE OF THE GAME. His kit seems to me like it was meant for beta where it would have been a work in progress. Personally, I never plan to play him ever again.
