ARAM Bugged Ezreal Ult?????

I've never tried to report a bug before so excuse me if I mess this all up. First off I'm not even sure if there was a bug going on but at first glance it seemed like it.

I noticed while playing that my teammate as Ezreal was casting his ult but it was appearing to do no damage at all. I'd say everyone on the opposite team got "hit" by it at least twice without taking any damage at all. Now later he did pick up a kill from it. However, between the start of the game and that kill I had noticed no damage any time it passed through an enemy.

It might have been lag or the fact that his ult wasn't connecting with the hit boxes, but I'm 99% sure it was connecting. I apologize if this is not helpful information or a waste of time due to the truth being one of the two above. It might also be due to the fact of the recent changes to global attacks. Honestly have no idea if this is a real bug or not. But I wanted to at least present this as something to watch for.
