Can Yasuo get a durability buff

So I don't like yasuo becuase of his durability his W is the most broken spell in the game thank god it has a long cd but really I wouldn't mind yasuo if i could trade against him but his flow negates all of my trading power then gets is so fast that by the time i can full combo again well sucks to be me it does no dmg because of it so he gets free trades all the time. So I'd like that to get removed from him and add something else/put more power into something else. Just my biased opinion on him being one of the most frustrating champs to lane against.
Why not just make him start at level 18? That's a balance change we REALLY need to see.
To be fair his squishiness is kinda one of the only things allowing you to kill him?

This is a circler jerk of morons who abuse meta which riot allows. Ask for anything yasuo and you will be downvoted even though he is in serious need of buffs.
We can buff Yasuo after the mini rework Riot told us about approx. half a year ago.
The meta circle jerk, gotta love it. Even if people say he has a 48%-50% winrate at his roles,** realize where most of that data is coming from**. Likely Silver/Gold/Bronze. Mid holds the highest playrate and winrate, but I doubt his playrate numbers are extremely high at this moment for high elo. (Might be wrong with the stats, but the source I consulted could very well be wrong.)
Compared to last year, you are way too vulnerable as Yasuo now. Sure, he needs weaknesses, but his weaknesses are more exploitable now compared to then. "But he got PTA and Fleet Footwork to help" Yeah sure...Instead of having a 2 second Q cd early game, we get shafted with 3 seconds for these "keystones". My issue with these "keystones" is that they both give something decent, but have more negative traits than positive. PTA takes 3 hits, exposes a bit of extra damage for 6 seconds, then you are back to restacking it. Loss of durability in the lane phase. Fleet Footwork gives a decent heal, but you lose A LOT of damage that would have come from something like PTA in the lane phase.
Some of the champs he once countered actually get a slightly better matchup or are not countered anymore. Yes, he still counters a bunch of mages still, but some are able to get around it nowadays. Vik use to be countered by him, but now he has a increased shield. Place W on top, and Yas cant do shit. "But Yas has a busted skill in Windwall." Cool, lasts four seconds before going back on cooldown for a good chunk of time. He's in need of some changes.
The crit passive and mobility is one thing bitched about mostly by the low elo. Of course he is going to be nimble;** he's unable to get health damage items without sacrificing more damage**. Not to mention people are not that accurate with stunning him with cc in the lower elo. His crit passive however, should honestly get removed.** It forces him into a very shitty spot where he has to get both crit items or he'll do jack shit, which then gives the jg on the enemy a incentive to camp the living fuck out of you. Mind, even with these crit items, you are still squishy like ADCs**.
I've played a lot of Yas back when he was good and not overly busted (To the point he's my highest mastery level champ), but now it's just painful as hell to play him now.** Even the two best Yasuo mains in NA dont play him that much anymore in ranked**. Sure, he got into this place because of the Frozen Force build, sure, but that was Fervor making it hella op to go, and covering his weakness. That time is long gone.
I know full well i'm gonna get hate directed towards me but i'm still standing by my point. If Flow's a issue, then address why but make sure to have a good idea on fixing or reworking it. His crit passive and anything crit related in his kit needs to go._ To compensate (Just some ideas, not being deadass serious for these being the solution), remove 25% of the Bonus Armor Reduction on his ult buff, make on hit effects 75% effective (aka making it still under the effects of the crit passive, but for on hit), and lower the attack speed threshold needed to get maximum Q cd. Since he lost his runes, it takes level 18 to get full Q cd and to get it early you'd need Greaves, which would weaken him by not going tabi or mercs_.
His ult is best for teamfights, but the champ itself lacks the ability to survive even if he goes GA.** All I ask, is people just think before completely entering the meta circle jerk of hate towards this champ. I try to play him on a second account and it's still painful as hell to try to carry. We are past the age where one champ can beat an entire team. He's a reminder of such an age**....
(P.S I know my mastery levels if you were to search on the client don't look huge, but I was playing a whole lot of him before we received the mastery system, and the system of course never counted those games before the system. And also for the wall of text, broke it up as much as possible.)
