Potential simple buff to Eve

Alright, so far the Eve rework, in all honesty, is absolutely amazing. However, she is -incredibly- frail, and her pre-6 ganks are fairly lacking. I get it, those things are intentional, but she's also not quite bringing up the damage to make those things worthwhile.

Why not just allow her charm's monster damage to also apply to champions? That way actually procing the charm is worthwhile, instead of just a brief 1 second CC? It takes a while for the charm to build up, so the oncoming burst damage would be telegraphed and defended against still, but she could really use just the slightest push to be able to burst down targets, and I think that's a simple and reasonable solution.

Why not her Q, E, or R?

Buffing her Q would make her more of a duelist. That's not something Eve should really try to be. She's an assassin, and pumping too much DPS into her Q (which already does have high numbers even if it feels small), would be a bad idea. Her E, honestly does a lot of damage, including %HP, so I think it's fine where it is. The R, well that's a finishing move, and I feel like it's numbers are very high in the first place. I've yet to see anyone actually survive the ult when they were at 30% so, it's functioning as intended.

Buffing W simply seems the way to go, if she needs a little push to get up to par. Other suggestion from me might include more base health to make her clear a little less rough, but that's a whole 'nother story.
