Whos rune page is starting to look really lean?

Maybe it's just me and bad life decisions, but I'm seeing a trend across a lot of champions right now...Is it just me?

I've found myself not even running the dark harvest shit in favor of aery/klepto builds that run intelligence, transcendence, and cdr increase rune for 20% cdr at level 10 no matter my first item or 40% at level 10 if i go for any of the 20% cdr items. It's pretty great since i find myself playing Jayce Ezreal Sivir who all have pretty good power from cdr
