With the changes to Trinity Force and Wits End it would be the completion of the trio of non-crit attack speed items. If the tenacity was the reason it was removed then take away tenacity and lower the price. Many champs would love this item and just because it isn't a zeal "multiplier" doesn't mean it doesn't have a place on the rift.

Zephyr was removed because;

  1. Riot wanted less tenacity options for fighters
  2. Riot needed to make room in the shop, as theres a hard limit they cant go over and cannot fix without a total overhaul of the shop system
  3. Riot said its not coming back, like solo queue.
