Proposed BoTRK Change
Ever since the
nerfs in patch 5.22 where the on-hit damage went from 8% to 6% and the price increased by 200g I feel that the item is too weak on ADC champions (
taking the biggest hit from it), but it still remains strong on devourer-like champions due to the double hit passive which allows them to build very tanky while also dishing out high amounts of damage.

My proposal is to change the on-hit passive to scale with critical strike chance similarly to
.
My thoughts on the new passive are something along the lines of:
"Unique: Basic attacks deal 5% of the target's current Health in physical damage (max. 60 damage vs. monsters and minions) on hit" "Unique: For every ADDITIONAL 10% critical strike chance, the on-hit passive effect will increase by .5%" (Store-bought Crit)
This would make it so devourer champions would be getting less damage unless they opted for a less tanky build with more focus on critcal strikes. As for champions like

, they frequently rush
so they would still get their 6% if they opted for this build. This change would also make this item very good on
etc.
I understand this item would be way too good not to buy on any adc the way it is, so I would reduce the cost of
(overpriced as it is) and remove 10 AD from the item, and make it build out of just a
. Perhaps even remove 5% AS from
when completed if it's still too strong.
DISCLAIMER: This is just a recent thought I had and wanted to share it with the community to see how everyone feels about it or has any suggestions. This is also my first post so please don't hate if I have any typos/mistakes. I didn't do any calculations on the cost efficiency so if the numbers have to be tweaked by all means tweak them!
