New Pantheon base splash art!

When I go to purchase in the store it shows that he has a new base splash art, but when i click on him it takes you to his current one. Has there ever been a statement about this and why haven't they updated it yet? I would post a screenshot but I don't know how to.

it's a bug, and the splash art you refer to is his second Chinese art before it good updated again
