Poppy's rework ad ratio's

from being a fighter/assassin to becoming a tank after her rework, Doesn't the change of poppy's e to physical damage as well as the reduction of base damage seem a little bit strange since tanks are supposed to have high base damages?'

Not only that but the ratios on both her E and ult seem a little low. I understand the ult ratio on R being low, but e seems very unrewarding as far as landing the terrain stun goes. Other than that her new rework is actually really fun and her laning is actually bearable, even to the point of being a bully.

I feel that her e should have a total AD ratio, just because her build patch is very limiting atm. this is what i like to run

Other than her General Numbers I really liked the poppy rework and it is nice to see a rework gone well, Since have not personally liked any of the previous reworks from since sion.

she would have made a pretty cool juggernaut.

i would have added a % missing health heal on the second hit of her q, increased her e damage, but make the initial cast range (not the push range) only slightly above melee range. make the w scale with ad.

her e is supposed to get rewarding due to the guaranteed double damage from her q.

the execution of the q could have been done slightly better, by having her swing the thing twice in an arc in front of her, instead of making it a bit weird exploding ground slam.

her passive is overall pretty neat. it synergizes well with sheen procs like iceborn gauntlet.

i think she could have made a good low mobility fighter who evens the field by preventing the enemy from using mobility spells once shes in melee.
