I highly doubt that it actually works. Lag is due to one of two things, either your computer isn't good and runs the game very slowly or your ping is bad. If your ping is bad that in an internet connection things, only solution is better internet. If your game runs slowly naturally try dropping your graphics settings and try cleaning out some of the files/programs on your computer. If that still doesn't help then the only real solution is to upgrade your computer.

Which problem are you having issues with? Slow computer or bad ping?

Can you describe the type of 'lag' you are experiencing? It's usually pretty easy to determine if it's a networking thing or a computer thing.

One thing I did about a year ago that had a tremendous impact was to **completely delete and reinstall league. ** I gained at least 20+ FPS. If your playing with an older install of the game, i highly recommend reinstalling the game from scratch.
