I acknowledge that the balance team usually does a good job. But sometimes they make decisions that literally anyone could look at and obviously say are bullshit, and the PBE always has. The Galio buffs. Camille's release. Reaching back into the past, 420 Weedwick. That mini Sona rework that gave her infinite CDR. Everything to do with Mordekaiser and Leblanc ever.

Every time the PBE points out how bullshit it is. Every time Riot ignores them.

Surely it can't be lack of manpower.
