Has anyone noticed there is something really strange about Gold Promos?

I'm just going to put out a disclaimer that I have been to my gold promos through silver around 30 times and I have seen the same thing each and every time - the people who lose the game so hard or intentionally lose the game are so frequent in promo matches it's to the point where I think its on purpose because lets be honest; call me a baddy call me whatever on average I hold my own in jungle/support which are my roles and for someone playing above average overall in 30 promotionals....that is not me.

This has been since they introduced the tier system I fly through silver and then when I get to promos it is my own team that defeats me. Do I play perfect? No I don't but the other team isn't outplaying us. There is something wrong with that I can get there ~ 30 times and not get in every time - like the odds are so high that I would get a series of games in those 30 to get me in but no....so...I don't know. All I am saying is that I can't be so incredibly trash in that amount of games to lose that many promos...
