He is a tank Does assassin damage Has a dash Has an Aoe Q Has an Aoe E Has an Aoe R Does absurd damage with every single AA And worst of all.. he has a Cigar. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Hit kit isn't overloaded
His Q is straight forward AOE damage spell His W is a AOE slow with ignorable damage and a blind on it His E is a dash that gives him resistances and reloads a bullet His R is a straight forward AOE damage spell
That isn't overloaded, compare that to Irelia or Camille then tell me again it's overloaded.
The only thing wrong with Graves is that his numbers are overuned, nothing else.
