Will we ever get more refunds?

As a new player, I figured once I used my 3 refunds, I'd get more at the end of the season or something. So my noob ass used all 3 within the first couple months of playing. Since then I've definitely made some skin purchases I regret.

I feel like there should be a way to get more refunds. Maybe give us 1 as a Christmas gift? idk
