Played a game as Blucian (Muramana on Lucian). I built items geared towards an ad assassin and surprisingly did a lot of damage. The ultimate would melt people, one thing I am wondering is if Muramana applies on each shot of Lucian's ult because it was doing insane amounts of damage in only a few shots.
Blucian isn't just one blue item you have to go with nearly every blue item. And you have to have the blue chroma skin.
AFAIK Lucy's R does not apply on-hit effects including Muramana, unless there is some bug I'm not aware of.
Oh god. They recently changed muramana to proc off single target spells. And since culling shots can hit only one target at a time.... LOL
And I checked. There is no cooldown.
