Can you guys make sivir's mana usage a bit better? She really suffered with the changes to manaflow band and presence of mind. Her q takes like 30% of her mana at levels 1-2 and she doesnt have a viable build path for early mana. She doesnt get decent mana usage until she completes her first item which takes quite awhile ( I forget the name, you know the one).
Nawk2 votesRead her E, cost no mana... if timed well, grant mana! Her mana problems are not new and not problems at all... its how she works. Provoke a skill from your enemy laner and use E to evade it, WOOP huge chunk of mana back! :D
