It really does depend on your playstyle, as Dakota mentioned. Riven is also one of those champions where you have to snowball with her early and then make use of your advantage by either:

  1. Pushing a side lane and bringing pressure to you while the rest of your teammates take objectives in another lane.
  2. Ganking other lanes to help them get ahead and then grouping to teamfight (because your team should be stronger).

If you can't snowball on Riven though, she falls off and doesn't really do much.

It depends on your playstyle - are you pushing a lot, or mostly sticking with your team? Are you defending your adc, or assassinating theirs?

Your playstyle makes a much bigger difference than the champ you're playing.

If you're that much in "elo hell", you should consider running tp. I don't think everyone in your team is trash, but if you can give them some early kills it's pretty useful.

I'm not very experienced, but a) you might just be on a losing streak, if so take a break. b) your builds have 0 diversity, I don't know how to build riven, but you should be more dynamic.
