35.8% Play rate with a 52.2% Winrate. He has a fucking one item power spike , if he gets this he can realistically start one shotting half the champion pool and seriously hurting the beefier half.

Hes hard to catch because of his dashes/move speed buffs and the fact that he can just R while you chase him to deal 50% of your god damn hp before you even run out of it. He deals alot of damage early/mid/late game.

He doesnt follow regular ADC items for half his build so he has literally been immune to the item nerfs, moreover he has been directly buffed (when his skin came out wow) a couple of times. Hes too powerful at the moment. Have his passive second shot start at a lower damage and/or apply on hit effects for 50% of the damage, just nerfing his early game would be enough, I dont mind getting bursted by an Adc mid/late game. But not at 16 minutes when all he has is . On a side note reverting his AD buff scalings on things like his Q would be nice too.

Right!? like luc sits at 34.34% pick rate in the bot lane with a 52.67% winrate, but varus is at a 2.64% pick and a 46.71% winrate.....

meanwhile rito logic be like: lets buff the other adc's to do the smae damage as luc even tho he's trash late game

He actually spikes with every item if you look at it, botrk he's one shotting every squishy, bc he's one shotting every tank, er hes one shotting every tank and bruiser and can now fly across a teamfight at mach 10

Sure, nerf him, but if and only if you nerf the following:

Damage across the board;
All this excess mobility;
Number 1, again;

so I can finally play other ADCs reliably without getting oneshot because everyone's kit has front loaded damage and they just happened to catch me because they have 14 gap closers.

I find my adc either A. Banning Lucian B. Picking Lucian C. Flaming me for not banning Lucian D. Saying im racist for banning Lucian E. Getting extremely tilted because the enemy picked Lucian Or the ever popular F. Getting Lucian stolen and dodging

And his dash is so annoying when im playing Thresh to, he can dodge my Q so easily or dash right away from me if I try to Q E R him.

Agreed - Lucian is a tad too strong atm. I think they should make two very slight changes: a tiny decrease in damage + a small increase on his E cooldown.

He got a q buff while he was the top win-rate Marksman. I think they're trying to match the rest of the marksman class to his level. If not, the buff should be reverted.

He really just needs to be reverted back to pre-worlds. It was a completely unnecessary buff to a champion that was performing within reasonably balanced standards [~50% WR/3rd playrate], and was likely aimed at seeing him in pro play just as well as selling his skin. However, the very few times he showed in pro play -- he mainly did nothing. Now he's an exceptional solo queue pick outperforming others, and should simply be tapped back to see where he realistically stands with the other ADC's.

It's Press the Attack's fault in his case. He can practically stack it within a second even early game. That, combined with his burst, makes him freaking deadly ones he commits to a fight.

I don't even understand why BoRK is allowed to be such a good item on a champion that's supposed to be a bursty adc. You would expect his first item to be like trinity, but because of how high in cost it is and how easy it is to abuse lucian's base stats, it's not a real option.

Well you see, he has high damage high burst and amazing safety, and mobility(on a ranged character LUL) he fits what riot wants the champions to be. Don't expect any nerfs.

I agree with you on the fact that Lucian needs nerfs, but I slightly disagree where he needs them. In my opinion, Lucian is designed as one of the few early/mid game ADCs rather than exclusively late game. I think that he should keep most of his early/mid game strength, but he needs to lose some late game power in order to keep his early game power.

I'm thinking maybe the scaling on his ulti, or the cooldown on his E, or maybe he needs increased scaling mana costs. I'm okay with getting beat by a Lucian in the early game as a scaling ADC, but I should be able to beat him in the late game.

I'd much rather they buff other ADCs before nerfing Lucian. The class as a whole isn't too great at the moment, let there be at least A FEW viable ADCs, lol.
