Galio needs definition

I know a TON of champs need work but I want to know mostly what most of the community uses Galio for so we can recommend ideas that make sense for the fan base.

Galio needs love in his Ult, and needs an outright buff for his gale, its weak and bad, and some mana buffs. Maybe some better offensive or defensive options depending on the direction they want him to go as a champion.
