Is Idem CDR the same as ACtive Item Cdr?
Because the active part is omitted on some of the trees.
Ignore the comment below. It does. Says it in the description. You get 15% cooldown on zohnyas. As item cooldowns on item actives from ingenious hunter (zohnyas is an item active)
Why would ingenious hunter affect a one-time only-use-only type of item? I wouldn't be surprised if it affected zhoyna's but I don't see the point of affecting a free stopwatch.
