So garen gets to have 30 armor for free for just last hitting yet wukong...
Only gets it if there is a teamfight with every enemy present. These reworks really show how shortchanged these other champions are in retrospect

Different champions. Wukong is burstier, has a gap closer, has amazing teamfight presence and stealth.
Do the math and you'll understand why he doesn't get quite as tanky as Garen does.
i would love to replace garens w with wukongs :)
