Can you guys do something with soraka?

Okay soraka is on the patch notes every patch. Whatever you guys are doing with her doesn't make no sense. Ever since her rework u have had extremeproblems with her and she's changed so much that thematically she doesnt make any sense to your "vision" of how she suspposed to be.

Q - is stupid skill that doesnt make any sense at all (Spam this to heal urself and do aoe damage) okay... wasn't healing herself the "weakness" this rework was supposed to give her? Well quite honestly Reworked soraka heals herself way way way more than old soraka ever has. Before u had to make a choice.. heal yourself or heal someone else.. now its just heal both at the same time cause ey look i can spam nonsencial aoe damage self heal skill and press W at the same time. You answer to tone down this skill is utterly atrocious too... (nerf the heal so soraka uses her W less, nerf the damage and the slow and AoE size as well and everything will be better!?).. how about let's remove the max hp requirement on her W so her Q can be used for something else. Honestly why does she even have AoE spam damage, she supposed to be a support, she cant go mid lane, and it offer's 0 utility.. right now her Q's sole purpose is only used to spam heal herself and grant vision while accidently stealing CS trying to poke. All in all it's a HORRIBLE skill for a support. Also note as the dedicated healer she is the only healer that CAN'T BUFF THEIR ADC's Damage output AT ALL... And thats cause...

W - The stupid annoying troll heal tacked to some ghetto fake synergy with her Q. The max hp cost has cause more trouble than it has good, sure it makes soraka consider who she wants to waste heal on but who cares when u can spam Q for instant hp back... oh wait now... now spam Q for lame slow HoT that SUPRISE, now u can give other ppl, so dont worry about having to W the same person twice (yay!). Also I dunno why the dedicated healer has to stand 5 ft away to heal someone it's like Riot decided to make sure she is extra punished for healing someone in actual danger, but reward her for healing ppl on the regular (like what the fizz!?). SO you go to heal.. get damage, have ur adc get damaged and get hit by the enemy support and adc again... so basically ur supposed to die when u heal on the fly cause being a dedicated healer means "keep everyone at full health" not "save ppl about to die". Who cares cause..

E - The number one stupid, asinine skill in her entire kit which makes so little sense being there it makes me hurt to even just look at it being casted. The skill isn't bad.. nor is it good... it's weird.. it makes no sense. Okay so like if u can get someone to cc someone u can just throw this crap on the ground to 100% make sure they wont escape at all... and Surprise 2 second bind at the end.. It's like saying "Hey if someone ccs u ur just gonna die." However when it comes to laning phase this skill is crap, u will never get that bind.. So instead of using it to grant insta kills u just use it to do random ass damage for no reason/ make sure that enemy support cant poke from their bush. IT's a hilariously troll Skill. it makes sure any poke support bottom lane can't poke. It makes sure any adc with escape will stay there when ur jgler decides to gank ur lane cause u and ur adc will sit at full hp as long as u have mana. As for utility, it offers nothing outside of denying the enemy from doing anything beside trying to run out of the circle ASAP. So we have a poke support that can zone and keep ppls hp 100%, which boils down to one thing.

What the hell is soraka actually supposed to do?

I love her, and i hate her at the same time.. She doesn't feel like a dedicated healer.. she doesnt feel like she saves lives, she feels like annoying. The more annoying u can be the better.. No Tactical thought necessary, just land them Q's heal that hp up and drop that silence on the floor. She's honestly more annoying than Sona sometimes.... Her whole essence is to annoy the crap out of bottom lane and try to force the enemy jgler to come gank. The only skill she has that actually can save anyone is R which is stupid. Tell me how in any which way does this fit her theme of being a dedicated healer? It's like pick someone with a pull and smoosh her or sit there and watch her spam the crap out of u. I'm sure riot or even other players can come up with a better design for soraka than what she is right now, cause right now shes like probably one of the utmost garbage supports i have ever seen, more so than old soraka. Old soraka actually had cooldown times and choices to make.
