Feeders in ranked (Mainly Botlane)

Ayy Bois. I just came out of a ranked game and noticed, in ~10 games there was no botlane on my team that didn't feed. I think the matchmaking is ridiculous, they shouldn't put people with a losing streak on botlane (or any other lane) in that role. The worst part about this is, that it's the worst lane to feed, because ADC's are supposed to carry and when my botlanes int you can already say it's lost. I main top, which gives me the oppotunity to roam and tp botlane, but every time i do so they either hit no skillshots or they towerdive and die etc., you get the point, for me it's useless to tp bot. So what do you think about this? Should a system be implemented that you can't play the role when you fed like 5 games in a row? Because that would be fine with me, i almost never feed, and i don't wanna seem like a typical silver player, but my bot lanes are really holding me back from gold.

Pull more pressure top then. Pull pressure, be a nuisance to kill, make the enemies dedicate 2 or 3 people to kill you while your team pushes the opposite lane or get an objective.

And in my opinion, no, a system like that shouldn't be implemented because it will most likely target the wrong players. Will it take assists into account? Because supports might be 0/7/14 but their kda is actually 2 with that score. What about objectives? Are split pushing style champions going to penalized for that style? Proxy Singed?

I mean, not every splitpush champion is feeding right off the bat. Champs like Yorick or Trundle have a good laning phase and don't feed. Proxy Singed is only ok if you don't go 0/10. Supports are meant to have assists, you're right, but the system already seperates good and bad supports based on their assists by evaluating with the mastery points system (you get an s when you played well) + it is REALLY easy to get assists, if you don't even have more assists than deaths as a support, i think that would mean that you played bad, especially because supports have to carry their adc's to late game.
