Feeders in ranked (Mainly Botlane)

Ayy Bois. I just came out of a ranked game and noticed, in ~10 games there was no botlane on my team that didn't feed. I think the matchmaking is ridiculous, they shouldn't put people with a losing streak on botlane (or any other lane) in that role. The worst part about this is, that it's the worst lane to feed, because ADC's are supposed to carry and when my botlanes int you can already say it's lost. I main top, which gives me the oppotunity to roam and tp botlane, but every time i do so they either hit no skillshots or they towerdive and die etc., you get the point, for me it's useless to tp bot. So what do you think about this? Should a system be implemented that you can't play the role when you fed like 5 games in a row? Because that would be fine with me, i almost never feed, and i don't wanna seem like a typical silver player, but my bot lanes are really holding me back from gold.
