Feeders in ranked (doesn't end: I can't win because of my teammates, this is not even bronze talk)

I'm missing words for this. I played ranked yesterday and today, and I only lose. Theres a win here and there, but that's because my teammates didn't go 1/10 for once. All of them are feeding, for so many games now, literally unwinnable even if i stomp my lane. It's worse to have a 1/10 adc than no adc at all. I can't win. It's so stupid, no matter how well I play, I just can't. (I took a break, but that doesn'T work either.) I dropped from gold 1 20 lp to gold 3 75 lp. That's just stupid, I think riot should fix their matchmaking.

The only constant in your games is you. That leaves two options:

You're somehow partially or fully at fault for your teammates having bad scores - ex: not pinging mia, pinging "I'm coming" then not coming, leaving fights they're staying in and expect you to, etc. OR
You aren't as skilled as you think you are and in fact you're that player in many of your games.

Most of the time you will win or lose only because of yourself , but i tell you that yes sometime there are game that you lose and it's not your fault its possible and there are also game that you win being hard carried by someone its also possible all you have to do is focus on your gameplay and try to improve "I dropped from gold 1 20 lp to gold 3 75 lp" that's a lot , maybe you can't keep up with gold I / plat 5 elo yet
