Nerf Cho'Gath (and Darius)
So, I've been playing against a Cho'Gath and a few Darius' recently. And I must say, they are broken beyond relief in solo queue. So let's start with Cho'Gath - First off, he belongs into the class of the "Tanks", which means, he should provide cc/peel, decent base damage to compensate with his early game, and of course, being tanky and soaking up damage for his team. But with Cho'Gath, this is different. Riot thought, it would be a good idea, to give a champion early game power through poke, an easy-to-land-knockup, a silence (the duration of which is just unfair) AND mana and HP sustain through his passive. Then, his abilitys scale off his ability power which is fine, but why does his ultimate scale with his maximum HP? The best part about that is, that he can just eat minions to gain more damage and because his ultimate cooldown is so low (even lower with TUH or presence of mind) he can just grow damage easily and never be threatened by his lane opponent. His true damage is flat out broken, because when he builds gargoyles stoneplate, he gains an extreme amount of hp with it's passive, and because he does true damage, that damage isn't influenced. What adds into this, is, that his E scales off AP (which is of course fine) AND his stacks of feast. Why is this a thing? As if he wouldn't do enough damage with a 2500 true damage on click ability with 35 seconds cooldown, this just comes with his kit. He can just take arcane comet, harrass you in lane all the time without getting himself in danger (because junglers don'T exist in solo queue) and when he's level 6 he just kills you. He has literally every recourse in the game except range and movement, the movement can be compensated too easily with righteous glory and his knockup which requires no skill to land. My conclusion is, that his ult should do magic damage (or shouldnt scale with his health) and his passive getting reworked/nerfed until you can no longer stay on lane no matter how low you are as Cho.
Second, Darius. Darius is just unfair in my eyes. Because junglers don't exist, Darius is guaranteed a free lane. There is no Top-laner that can "out-lane" him, except for maybe Gnar or Teemo. First off, you lose every trade when he basic attacks you at least twice (or getting 2 stacks of his passive overall) because his bleed does absurd amounts of damage (amplified by conqueror with which it does 20% true damage and his ad rises). Then, his q. If you ever find yourself thinking fighting a low health Darius is a good idea (if melee or short ranged like Kai'sa or Kalista) he can just combo you for absolutely broken damage, and his q heals him so much that you dont get the chance to react when he pulls you. His w shouldn't refund mana/cd on minion kill. His e has WAYYYYY too much Armor penetration, with The Black Cleaver and maybe some other penetration items (which he doesn't need) he can burst you down as a tank/bruiser. And then his ult. The wannabe funny dunk joke. No counterplay. 900 true damage because he attacked you 5 times. It resets on kill. Why does it do that? I dont know. I think, Darius' ult shouldn't be able to reset ENTIRELY (it's okay if you have to wait like 15 seconds or something) and/or his passive getting nerfed to a point where he's 1v1able or you don't get instant 5 stacks on someone else if you just got them on your target. (His e penetration is too much in my opinion, his q heal should only be lowered a bit)
