No. Why I do agree he should be able to use his Q on champs. It should not be true damage or heal him the full health.

yeah lets swap cho gaths ult with his Q, and double the Q area and damage.

I can agree that giving him something he can do with it to enemies isn't a bad idea.

But true damage? No.

Maybe give it something if an ally damages the target with him. Such as he opens a wound. Increasing the damage of next allied champion's attack by 20%. Cannot deal more than 10% of their current HP.
