Hard to play without a macro mouse

A while ago I bought a mouse that has 12 buttons on the side with a potential 24+ macros on it, and I have gotten into the habit of using it for switching between normal and quick casting which is fine, but I have also got into the habit of using it for upgrading my spells faster and feel slightly hindered playing without that option to quickly upgrade a spell. One of my fingers on my left hand I don't have full control over and I was never good at typing very fast, so I was thinking of adding a totally optional auto skill leveling system that can be toggled on and off and is prioritized by your input before you start a game or something like that.

Any particular reason why you can't just use Ctrl+QWER to level?

The finger on my left hand was broken and doesn't allow me to have full control over the left side of the keyboard on top of the fact I don't type very well in the first place. I would have to look down to do that to be honest and I may as well be mouse clicking it in that case.
