@Riot - Can you please fix matchmaking?

I have not had an evenly matched game in the last month. Feast or famine every single game. This isn't fun. Why are level 20s being matched against master tier players in normals? Why is my bronze 4 jungler up against a diamond player? Why am I being matched with bronze players in normals?

In ranked, as a solo player, I haven't had a teammate that hasn't fed 5-10+ kills by 20 mins, or gone afk, or been so toxic and bad-mannered that I end up blocking them after the game. Sure, those players are on the other team too, but this is not fun.

I've been playing since Season 2, love the game, absolutely hate your matchmaking system. I have not had an enjoyable game all day, and this is just painful to play.

The boards have been screaming for a fix for months and nothing is happening. This is just sad, and it's getting demoralizing.

Riot please help and fix this!
