robo reporting out of control

I just got insta-reported (notice popup in middle of post-game thing), for "negative attitude".

How is this justified, that this got auto-passed through? Because I said we should surrender... when we were TWENTY KILLS DOWN and lost inhib, v 1 tower taken by our side?

Or maybe because I asked people to report graves.. for deliberate feeding beginning of game.. because he was? he was constantly taunting them with 50hp... and when my tireless supporting kept him alive under turret half the time.. (although he still fed 2 times) he decides to dive in for a 3rd easy kill for them??

The "improvements" to the reporting mechanism seriously need some checks on them.
