[GAMEPLAY] Let me delete your rune presets

There's not enough runesets available in the game already and you won't let me delete your presets so I can setup specific rune pages for other champions.

WHY? I even bought the full amount of pages available in the old system and now I have less than before.

Please let us delete the presets so we can actually utilize those 5 spots for specific champs and stop having to change one named "Random" to what we need for the meta on another champ.

Let's get even more real here. Setup a decent SQL DB that lets us have 2 rune pages for each champ, or even 1 per champ. I'd buy the pages.
