Creep Score Shutdowns are Garbage

There is no reason someone should get shutdown gold because someone else was good at farming and they weren't. Are you trying to defeat the purpose of getting a good Creep Score or do you just not understand this ruins a game mechanic?

Who came up with this? CertainlyT? Stop adding BS features to your game that break the mechanics.

On that note I'm going to say this as someone who often uses it to get ahead. Turret plating is half dumb. The higher turret health? Great! We asked RIOT to not have paper turrets anymore because it was ruining the gaming experience, what we didn't ask for was yet another way to snowball. I can at least see where this is a decent trade-off though.

Farming shutdowns on the other hand I abhor.

I can handle turret plating giving bonus gold, mainly just because of how obnoxious it is for it to be claimed. If you overcommit to taking a segment of the tower plating before you back, you risk losing exp and gold by getting counter-pushed. If you under-commit, you don't get any gold when the minions break it while you're in base. There's still at least some balance to it.

Giving up bonus gold for being a better lane manager though? That's bullshit, and personally, I would exploit that harder than 0 cs support item solo laners abused frostfang.

CS bounties are riots way of slowing down snowballing, it works to a point but you know lowering damage could also do the same thing.
