So really needed its upcoming nerf, and it's in a difficult place to balance because while it's helpful to certain overlooked mages get off a bit more damage , it also becomes dreadfully abusive on certain champions more than others So my thought is, why not have the amount of stacks granted scale with cooldown? So E might still grant close to 20 stacks but Q would grant much less, 10 stacks or possibly even lower. This could benefit users who aren't as spammy while still keeping the spammy ones in check.
