A buff to make Ardent Censer a more valuable item to utility supports

I thought of this since utility supports can't really get a lot of AP and trying to buff support ratios usually sends them to another lane and if you buff the items you are giving way too much gold value to an item.

So it goes like this: Anything that works as a buff on an ally is now increased by a given percentage (lets say 30% for now) For example, Janna has a shield value of 200. With this new Ardent Censer passive that amount would increase to 260 when used on allies (same would go for an heal). This ability could also work with Lulu's passive, Janna AD increase on her shield, movement speed from Karma/Zilean. Sona would probably benefit the most from this change since it would work with all of her auras.

So what do you guys think? I've made it so it only works on allies so it couldn't get abused but I'm not sure if I've made it too strong/weak.

In my opinion Ardent is really strong, I get it as a fifth item on Soraka and Janna, with Zekes fourth.

Ardent Censor is already gold efficient as is (some champions such as Sona make it considerably more gold efficient.) It's actually very strong too, making it pretty easy to push objectives. It's problem is that it's basically an aura item: strong but hard to appreciate.

i think ardent censer is fine and i tihnk your suggestion would be crazy op.

with lux sheilding 5 people ardent censor is amazing for lux support.

While this buff is stupidly good, lets sit down and look at which champions could make the most use of it:

Bard : Not sure if ultimate would be considered a buff, but if so the duration would be increased by 30% to 3.25 seconds, which can be both good and bad. Braum Armor and magic resist given by W increased by 30%. Wow. Galio Again, loads more armor and magic resist. Janna The AD given is now huge! And I mean HUGE! Kayle Duration buff by 30%... no words, only tears. Lulu So many! W speed boost increase. E shield boost. More R health! Nunu His attack and movement speed buff is now actually pretty powerful. Shen Ultimate shield for the lol Soraka Does she really need higher heals? Taric More armor, more power, more gems. Zilean I guess this would also boost the experience he gives to allies with his new and old passive.

EDIT: More on topic, I think if this path for the item was taken, it would be better to go more of "Increases total heals (meaning total heal for heal over times) and shields by X amount." It cant be % since then Soraka and such would be broken.
