Talon E should be able to work on wards and allies

His E is basically a weaker shunpo that doesn't deal damage ( trigger the god damn passive once doesnt mean do damage ). I feel like need this for at least some escape, his E cd is insanely high either way, I would ask for a reset on E upon a kill but that would be too strong.
