he literally had and had more lifesteal than me with ontop of that i had where is he getting the lifesteal from. or are runes just that broken

It's from Conqueror (and maybe Bloodline but probably not) and yes it is extremely broken.

Because hes overtuned like every other bruiser now can we talk about why vayne can do 14% of you max health every 0.2 seconds and why garen does more damage then an assasin with no damage items and why darius garen and cho can point and click 2000 of you health or why mundo is uneffected by grevious wonds or why vlad can point and click 1000 of you health away while healing 1000 of his own or why every ap midlaner can spam high damage abilities wioth no mana cost or why assassins are more like fighters because they dont have cooldowns

Because his main source of damage scales with his HP.

And gets reduced to nothing with Tabi.

have you dodged his E? did you aa him while he was Eing?

i wrecked few jaxes as full ap fizz, if they missplay early u can easily snowball vs them and man, u play trynd, when trynd kills someone once he just destroys that person for the rest of the game.

Most likely Conquerer, and Trinity Force is expensive as hell, but the tradeoff is a massive powerspike once it's completed. Jax is pretty strong into auto-attack champs like Tryn. I would just avoid trying to 1v1 him.
