In lategame, her cooldowns are just a joke. Her E-over-the-wall-range is ridiculous. Her RNG makes her unpredictable.
Bad design. Please delete.
(And no, I won't give arguments or seek a solid discussion. Dozens of people did this before with very good feedback concerning this abomination of a champion, and none of this was appreciated by Riot. So at least let me verbally facepalm at Zoe's "design".)

Ayanami3rd1 votesThis is not true for teamfights. I'm posting this because she killed my team in teamfights one by one from the backline, spamming her shit until she hit someone. She will always hit SOMEONE. And Zoe does massive amounts of damage to tanks, too.

(if you don't have this magical footwear inspiration runes) , mr boots and reduced the softcore cc like about 30 or 40%, i forgot

this for tanks that use mana alot like gragas , sejuani, amumu, jv4 (if you building tank) against AP mostly team
i build those items along with other usefull tank item sometimes against fully AP team, they won't do any dmg, i played against zoe many times, i don't get oneshotted with those items i have in my build during the game, they will take long time to kill me ;)
all the one shotter mages like zoe, syndra, orianna, evelynn, ekko,
