Let's nerf Ryze because he's a top lane bully.

Ryze is a lane bully who HYPERSCALES into having insane damage and tankiness at the same time, while being extremely simple to play and offering very little counterplay (Since all his spells are targeted).

Gnar has counterplay, Riot has already said Jayce is poorly designed, Vayne has very low effective range, and Caitlyn doesn't scale well into late game.

Ryze can be easily countered early game.

-Lulu, Kassadin, Kayle, Irelia and Jax can beat him np -If u play top lane tank, just call jungler and tower dive him for freekill.

Where or not he's balanced, he's a toxic piece of shit that's impossible to outplay as he button mashes you. I think the I speak for the majority of the community when I say good riddance.
