Top lane: Wants gromp mid lane: wants raptors and blue buff bot lane: wants krugs and red buff jungle: Wants to stop being flamed at cause they dont gank every 30 seconds.

You forgot the fact that your team wonders why you aren't giving them blue or red buffs when they constantly are being killed.
As a Jungler, My only problem with not ganking every 30 seconds is, no gank assist. Top lane is inevitably on a carry toplane, making it difficult to lock down the enemy. Mid lanes is always too mobile. And everyone is always low on health and mana by the time I even get to lane.
Also I can never tower dive because my laners are too chicken sh*t to go underneath the tower, even though I'm the one drawing aggro.
No no.. that's silver... In bronze, red and blue buff stay level 1 because even the jungler don't care about it.
It stays that way till you use your brain to figure out why people want the camps. Keep in mind that laners have no smite, no blue, no regen from machete and jungle camps provide less XP/gold than minions.
Clueless junglers are clueless.
