dont you think azir's passive building cdr gives attack speed is more like he needs to do it? he has less attack speed then normal champions and it feels like they force you to build cdr on him just to be effective its more like you have to instead of a passive? anyone else agree or dissagree

I mean... on any champion you want to min/max as best you can. On Azir, that aspect is just more obvious.

im just saying instead of a passive its more like a must your not getting a bonus your getting what everyone else has in my opinion
