seriously, I camped him in lane killed him 3 times and he still gets to do that damage? BS. Ik ur nerfing him on pbe, but cmon. 10 damage nerf on q?

Going 0/4 doesn't mean he was rendered damage lacking. There are a lot of champions that can lose lane but as long as they get some gold they can scale up later or get a powerspike with a certain item they are fine. I've fallen pray to thinking that my enemy is 0/4 but they got that magic item that gives them a huge power-spike allowing them to trounce me. In retrospect I should have kept an eye on their items.
