Stoneplate's 100% bonus health interactions.

So Stoneplate "increases health by 100%" if three enemy champions are near and you run the active (no duration?). Let's leave aside how balanced it is: what interesting champion interactions exist with it?

Not sure if it's base or total health, if the latter it becomes super interesting.

Braum has 2055 base health at 18. 2.5% of that, solid ~51 damage to his Q when it's active.

Cho'Gath, 194 damage to his ult. Mind if it's total health, Cho adds 40 true damage per stack under Stoneplate. How much does he need to literal one-shot a full health ADC at 18?

Nautilus shield gonna be huge again. Taric gets some heal plus his personal shield.

What other champions could do crazy stuff with this health increase? Mundo?
