Talon's new Q at close range can no longer hit buildings. Please riot allow him to use it on buildings again.

it is because it isn't an empowered auto attack anymore. it is a single target spell/dash similar to Irelia's Q or Yasuo's E now.

I think it is a and fair exchange.
