Something NEEDS to be done about how long it takes to get into game

As I wait through literally the 6th champ selection due to dodgers, I'm kinda regretting even logging on. Then it'll probably get remade because of an afk. I shouldn't spend more time trying to play the game than I do actually playing the game.

But wait, I've got an idea, how about you guys try to reduce the game times by making them more snowbally, then I'll feel better about having to wait an hour to get into a game.

How is honestly that every season things actually get worse?
