what champions should i play in low elo?

i have lost 3 matches and won 2 , i lost those three ones because the enemy team picked a tank and my champ xin couldn't do anything . he felt off late game so bad. i'm planning to switch to other options but not sure which ones. i like jungle mid and support. any suggestions?
